Workshop options

Our free educational prevention programs raise youth awareness in regards to gambling, healthy/active living and making informed decisions. Using a harm reduction approach, we offer youth accurate information to make their own informed choices around gambling and other high-risk activities. We don’t make value judgments regarding gambling — rather we see it as an activity people may or may not choose to engage in.

We offer a variety of workshop options:

What's at stake?

An interactive workshop that explores the concept of gambling by discussing odd/randomness and the impact they have on winning and losing. Participants will examine the difference between games and gambling while gaining relevant knowledge in relation to harm reduction and healthy choices.
